The Beginning

In 1983, before the building was even complete, Our Dad carried a woven chair floor to floor. It was set on unfinished balconies to test the height and the horizon — to find the view that felt like home.

That choice began a 40+ year family tradition on this stretch of Ocean City coastline. Over time, parents, siblings, children, grandchildren, an aunt who later joined the building, and lifelong friends have gathered here — returning to the same shoreline, year after year.

Rebuilt With Intention

While our parents continue to own their own unit, us brothers wanted some more purposeful collaboration between us and purchased Unit 709 together in 2024. Upon purchase, we didn't refresh this unit — we rebuilt it. This is not a cosmetic flip. It is a reconstruction designed for longevity.

Down to the studs. Reframed. Rewired. Lighting redesigned. Bathroom reconstructed. Kitchen reimagined. Sliders replaced to frame the Atlantic the way it deserves to be seen.

Stewardship & Building Transformation

This residence is part of a building actively cared for by long-term ownership. Our parents were the very first to purchase in this building in 1983. This unit is a collaboration by brothers looking to enjoy more time together building our own legacy.

With years of board leadership — President, Treasurer, and At-Large — there has been direct involvement in the building’s multi-million-dollar capital improvements, including exterior envelope replacement, structural review, deck reconstruction, and a complete pool transformation reopening in May 2026.

Over $4 million has been invested in recent years to ensure long-term integrity, safety, and beauty along this coastline.
